This program simply turns on Bluetooth anytime that the phone is connected to power and turns Bluetooth off anytime power is disconnected.
You still have full control manually, but this little application saves effort by remembering to turn off the battery draining Bluetooth anytime that your phone is on battery power only.
This application uses a "Broadcast" receiver to only use power when the battery state changes. That means that the program is basically asleep unless a change in battery state occurs, then it only wakes up long enough to either turn Bluetooth on or off. Then it goes back to sleep.
If you look in your "Services" you'll see a service running but its only function is to start the Broadcast receiver, so it doesn't use battery power either.
I use this program in my car since I have a standard transmission and used to forget to turn on the Bluetooth. If I get a call, I struggle to answer it. Then if I forgot it on, I'd notice that my battery life suffered due to the Bluetooth battery usage.
I hope you install this program and then completely forget that its there, since it just work. I've been using it for over a month and just realized that others might like this program too.
